I. Simplified Directions

Spring Road ends in a cul-de-sac.
Sanctuaire is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Look for the "Smokey the Bear" sign near green garbage cans.
Address: 115 Spring — Go down the steep driveway.

II. Martin's Super Market (Recommended)

Make a right on Cleveland Ave.
At John Beers Rd & Cleveland Ave, you’ll see Martin’s: 5637 Cleveland Ave, Stevensville, MI 49127.

Garbage Pickup: Thursday. Leave cans at the top of the driveway by the telephone pole. Failure to do so will result in extra charges.

III. Alarm

Do not press any buttons on the ADT Alarm system.

IV. Hot Tub / Spa

Shower before entering.
No bubble bath, makeup, moisturizers, food, or drinks.
Do not change settings; spa cycles automatically.
Keep cover on when not in use; use provided plastic key (hanging by kitchen table).
Long hair must be tied or in a shower cap.

V. Washer / Dryer

Use only “HE” (High Efficiency) detergent. Add detergent directly to clothes — do not use side bins.

VI. Boats / Canoe

Max 2 people in any boat at one time.
No alcohol use or non-swimmers allowed.
Life jackets (in upstairs closet) must be worn. Oars in 3-season room.

House Rules

Smoke-free environment.
Honor pet agreement.
No subletting or timesharing.
Bring surge protector if using a computer.
No storage for bicycles/recreational equipment.
No motorized boats or jet skis on Singer Lake.
