Checkout Instruction

The cleaning fee is based on an average time to complete general cleaning. Please attend to the following items before your departure to avoid any items to be deducted from your security deposit:

• Wash all dirty dishes and return to the cupboards.
• Put all wall heating units to Heat at 60 degrees.
• Clean stovetop, oven and Grill.
• Turn off all lights and appliances.
• Make sure the spa is closed and LOCKED.
• Put boats on their side and LOCK them.
• Place all dirty towels in the hallway by the washer and dryer. Housekeepers will strip each bed.
• Throw away leftover food except for unopened food/condiments which will be donated to the local shelter.
• Leave the garbage can filled with your garbage on the top of the hill. Otherwise, we will miss garbage pickup and a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
• If you use any fireplace, make sure the chute is closed and clean up the fireplace by putting all ashes in a garbage bag. And place such bag in the garbage can. Do not use vacuum cleaner to clean fireplace.
• List and Report with Owner all broken, damaged, or lost items.
• Please leave any suggestions to improve your stay at Sanctuaire.
• Please leave email addresses of others who might like to view the home webpage of Sanctuaire.
• LOCK AND CLOSE ALL WINDOWS, SCREENS and DOORS.
• LOCK THE BACK DOORS (INCLUDING THE SCREENS), SIDE DOOR AND FRONT DOOR.
• PLACE KEY IN LOCK BOX.
