Hot Tub Rules and Safety Guidelines

These rules apply to all guests using the Hot Tub:

  • Hot Tub hours are from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.
  • The Hot Tub cover is to be covered and kept locked at all times when not in use.
  • DO NOT CHANGE THE CONTROLS OR ANY OF THE VALVES AND KNOBS THAT ARE THROUGHOUT THE HOT TUB.
  • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No children under 40 pounds body-weight are allowed in the Hot Tub.
  • Pregnant Women should not go in the Hot Tub.
  • Please shower before entering the Hot Tub.
  • Please clean sand, grass and dirt off feet before entering Hot Tub.
  • Soft drinks are allowed on the deck surrounding the Hot Tub, but not in the Hot Tub or Hot Tub building. No smoking. NO alcohol or drugs of any kind.
  • A quick shower before and is also recommended once you leave the Hot Tub as well in order to rinse off the chemicals.
  • We recommend not staying in the tub longer than 15 minutes. We maintain the tub temperature at about 104F. Don’t change any of the spa settings or spa knobs.
  • Last, but not least, consider this: you would not swim in a toilet, so please do not treat the Hot Tub as one.

PLEASE NOTE: This property and hot tub are privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse hot tub rights to non-guests, or to people who do not observe Hot Tub Rules. Enter the Hot Tub at your own risk. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests using the Hot Tub, or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind while using the tub. Failure to follow the rules that result in damage or additional cleaning time will be deducted from your security deposit. Please act accordingly.
