Cancellation Policy

Know exactly what to expect before confirming your reservation.

Full or partial refunds depend on how far your arrival date is.
Some schedules deduct a taxable $250.00 cancellation fee before refunding.
A short grace period is available right after booking when arrivals are 30+ days away.
Option A
30-Day Full Refund Window
  • 100% refund of booking charges if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Option B
60-Day Refund with Fixed Fee
  • 100% refund of booking charges less a $250.00 taxable cancellation fee when cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Option C
Tiered Refund Schedule
60+ days 100% refund less a $250.00 taxable cancellation fee
21–60 days 75% refund less a $250.00 taxable cancellation fee
11–20 days 50% refund less a $250.00 taxable cancellation fee
0–10 days No refund if cancelled within 10 days of arrival.

Grace Period

Free cancellation is available for 12 hours after booking when the arrival date is at least 30 days away at the time of booking. After the grace period, the applicable option above governs the refund amount.

  • Check your arrival date and select the matching option above.
  • Submit your cancellation in writing so the timeline is documented.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
