We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy gives you more flexibility when you cancel early, while giving us enough time to rebook the property.
Cancellation Tiers

24-Hour Booking Grace Period
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided your arrival date is at least 7 days away.
What happens if you cancel?
- 31+ days before arrival: You receive a full refund. 100%
- 15–30 days before arrival: You receive 75% of your eligible booking amount. 75%
- 8–14 days before arrival: You receive 50% of your eligible booking amount. 50%
- 7 days or less before arrival: The reservation is non-refundable. 0%
All cancellation deadlines are based on the property's local time.
Date Changes
If your plans change but you still want to stay with us, contact us before cancelling. We may be able to move your reservation to different available dates, subject to our availability and rate differences.
Important: Refunds are calculated according to the cancellation tier that applies when the cancellation is made. Any applicable taxes or fees will be handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at the time of booking.
